The Bad Vibes hail from Philidelphia, PA. They are not an ironic band. They are not a fun band. They are not experimenting, searching for a new sound. The Bad Vibes play the type of music that made them hate jocks and snicker at metalheads once upon a pre-Nirvana time. No, they have not forgotten the days when a freak meant anyone who had bad taste.

The Bad Vibes are suspicious, petty, bitter, mean spirited and at times cruel. Their live shows evoke a stunned, uncomfortable silence, a post brawl awkwardness or just complete confusion. Rockers and glam punkers walk away shaking their heads, hurrying to their cherry blossom flavored micro-brewed beers wondering how little more than three chords and 20 minutes could make their hipster bands look so laughably stupid.

And, in answer to that, as it says in one of their songs, "if you gotta ask, boy, you'll never know." Disillusioned music lovers have found their avenging beast, it's lair is Philidelphia and its name is The Bad Vibes!
