After years of isolation in the farmlands of Northwest Ohio, Evolotto entered the rock arena in the year 2000 with their cryptic debut...a mish mashed amalgam of Voivoid-ian cyber metal, Meshugga mathematics, Hammerhead's fuzz bass mental vortex and Helmeted urban groove. Any thoughts of a sophomore jinx are quickly dismissed from the first notes of "Capitaljizm." Allowing more punk influence to seep in, the band has created a dynamic soundscape, where primal scream therapy raveups give way to moody, grinding sludge, which lead to epic choruses and larger than life walls of guitar.
