Whitesnake"The Definitive Collection" If you're lookin' for an opinion on this disc, well, you asked the wrong person because I hate shit like this. This is just another way for the record label to make you shell out more money for something you already have. Fuck 'em...go online and download these tunes for free. I'm serious...do it right now. I mean, really, this is supposed to be the "definitive" Whitesnake collection and it's pretty much the same as the "Greatest Hits" album and "The Millennium Collection." It's pretty much the same material with a different cover. This is one of the main reasons why I...and a lot of other people...support file sharing and, to be honest with you, I'll continue to support it and I hope each and every one of you go broke. That'll teach you a lesson. Oh, don't get me wrong...I think Whitesnake is a great band and there are some great tunes on this release. But, it's been done before...more than once I might add. Let me make one thing perfectly clear...you're fucking the fans. We already have this material. Put something new out or blow it out your ass. That's all I have to say about it. |
