Heavy metal and bellydancing? Have you ever imagined those two things could go together? I didn't either, until I hooked up with a lovely lady named Angela (aka Tazina) who is indeed a heavy metal bellydancer! This sexy, talented Amazon and her two equally beautiful "bellysisters", Cleopatra and Teisha, have formed a metal bellydancing troupe, based in Long Island, New York. They shake their hips to heavy metal songs, while wearing a variety of enticing outfits; leather-and-studs, Mad Max type outfits; cavegirl, Conan style costumes; traditional, Arabic bellydancer getups; and even some Hawaiian ones (they can also do the Hula!). They mainly do their thing at private parties and other events in their local area, but Angela herself has also danced onstage with many local metal bands, giving the audience a little something extra, and has also showed off her talents at dance festivals. Angela put her little troupe together just about a year ago. Although she has been into dancing for a long time, it is only recently that she came up with the idea of combining heavy metal and bellydancing. It is a match made in heaven! A very unique and original idea for sure! Angela and her girls are great dancers, not to mention hot and sexy babes! Are you a headbanger in the New York/New Jersey area who is throwing a bachelor party? If so, Angela and her troupe are just the thing for you! Their style of dancing is very classy and family oriented (which means their clothes do not come off. They are not strippers!
